Ghana Advantage opens a fresh property draft for your linked number.

Send photos

Up to 12 property photos are accepted into private storage. When AI is enabled, the photos are analysed for visible property features and possible sensitive content.

Describe it naturally

Type the details or send a voice note. Ghana Advantage can pick out the rent, location, rooms and amenities and will ask for anything missing.

Confirm publication

The system sends back a draft summary. Reply PUBLISH with that draft reference. Nothing is published merely because a photo was received.

Privacy default: exact WhatsApp GPS coordinates, if sent, are stored privately and are not returned by the public listings API. Public listings use the area/town description. Voice audio is used for transcription and is not retained by Ghana Advantage after processing.
